Return Policy

Returns are accepted for good cause when notified within 15 days of receipt of item, assuming the returned item is new, unused and in tact in original packaging. An equal exchange of product will be sent, or store credit issued. Purchaser is responsible for shipping the returned item back to Stamp Simply and for postage of a newly selected item back to you.

As always, if the item sent was either damaged or an error on our part, we will send the proper item at no cost to you.
